Pearly white horse and carriage!
A romantic weekend in the big apple turned out to be the most mememorable experience in my life so far. As we departed from Maryland to head north to the big apple I knew we had a day in the city filled with pre-planned things to-do courtesy of my boyfriend. Upon arriving to New York we took a site-seeing cruise tour on the Hudson River. During the 3 hr cruise tour we stood out on the bow of the boat to capture pictures and enjoy the nothing less than perfect weather. Our afternoon turned into a venture into Times Square before we caught a train to Lenox for dinner at Sylvia's Restaurant. The best soul food I've taste! Once back at our stop near Times Square he instisted we stroll thru Central Park before calling it a night. As we approached the park I saw a white horse with a prefectly red carriage. We started our ride thru the park where our horse carriage guidesman gave us the history of the park along with pointing out different places in the park that were featured in popular movies. Around midnight the guidesman said he will stop at the parks largest fountain to feed the horse a "carrot". Which I later learned was the fountian that my fiance had previously picked out during his planning for the proposal. The "carrot" statement was his que from the guidesman that we had reached our place of proposal.
