proper etiquette for Californian to marry a Romanian Orthodox Nun ?

Please bear with me on this one, kind folk.
E knows i want her to marry me, & she loves me. However, how may I adequately resolve my goals with the monastery's goals to keep her, and her affection to me and devotion to her "calling"? I don't know if she has been tonsured fully, or what all the vows say, esp regarding penalties for being laicised later?
any advice or common sense, please, with gratitude.
